Manager/ Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment strategy, manage a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across business, technology, corporate, sales, and leadership functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across multiple business verticals.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Drive recruiter productivity, hiring KPIs, and recruitment SLAs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, market mapping, and executive search.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive talent intelligence, competitor mapping, and workforce analytics.




- Review recruitment dashboards and improve hiring metrics.
- Ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment agencies and vendor partnerships.
- Lead employer branding, diversity hiring, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment governance and compliance.
- Present hiring insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- 4–12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
- Solid expertise in stakeholder management, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and talent intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search, and market mapping.
- Excellent communication, analytical, coaching, and leadership skills.
