Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Attractive IncentivesJob SummaryWe are a premier, state-of-the-art skincare clinic in Andheri looking for a skilled, passionate, and customer-centric Aesthetic Therapist. In this role, you will perform advanced non-invasive skin and body treatments under medical supervision, ensuring our clients receive top-tier care and transformative results.Key Responsibilities

- Perform Treatments: Conduct advanced clinical treatments including HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, carbon peels, and medi-facials.
- Operate Laser Machinery: Safely operate US-FDA-approved laser technologies for Laser Hair Reduction (LHR), Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers, and skin tightening devices.
- Client Consultation: Analyze skin types, understand client concerns, and recommend suitable home-care products and follow-up treatments.
- Assist Dermatologists: Work closely with the consulting dermatologist to assist in specialized medical aesthetic procedures.
- Sterilisation & Hygiene: Maintain strict clinic hygiene, sterilise equipment before and after procedures, and keep the treatment rooms immaculate.




- Record Management: Maintain accurate digital logs of client treatment histories, patch test results, and settings used.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Certification or Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (CIDESCO/CIBTAC certification is a major plus).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as a skin therapist in a reputable dermatology clinic or medical spa.
- Technical Skill: Proven expertise in operating high-end skin care machinery and handling advanced chemical peels.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with high-profile clients in Andheri.
- Soft Skills: Excellent grooming standards, empathetic listening, and a gentle touch during treatments.
