Role Description The Skill Development Partner is a full time, on-site role based in Odisha, India, focused on building the capabilities of the sales and distribution workforce for Bajaj Life. This role involves assessing skill gaps, designing and delivering training interventions, and supporting leadership development programs aligned with business goals.

The Skill Development

Partner will collaborate with branch leaders, sales teams, and HR to plan training calendars, facilitate workshops,



and provide coaching and mentoring support. Day-to-day tasks include creating learning content, tracking training effectiveness, preparing progress reports, and ensuring timely execution of development initiatives. The role also requires engaging in field visits, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and contributing insights to enhance overall productivity and customer service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Leadership Development and Training, with experience designing and facilitating learning programs.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of skill-building initiatives.
- Background in Consulting, with the ability to diagnose capability gaps and recommend tailored development solutions.
- Exposure to Sales environments, preferably in insurance or financial services, to align skill development with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in L&D; is an advantage.
- Experience with modern learning tools, digital training platforms, and data-driven evaluation of training impact is beneficial.
