Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of hydroponic, greenhouse, polyhouse, and protected cultivation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor civil, structural, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, and greenhouse installation work.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment,



and daily site progress.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Resolve site-level issues and report project updates to management.
- Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
- Travel to project sites across India whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in site supervision, project execution, or construction.
- Experience in greenhouse, polyhouse, irrigation, hydroponics, agricultural infrastructure, fabrication, or industrial projects will be preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project execution.
