We are looking for qualified site supervisors / site engineers to manage and organize construction projects on our worksites.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.

- Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.

- Quality Control

- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.

- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.

- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.

- Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor’s degree in construction management,



civil engineering, or related field is often preferred.

- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3+ years,demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.

- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams.

- Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
