We're looking for a proactive Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee in office execution and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the internal team.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Track material usage and site inventory.
- Prepare daily progress reports and highlight any site issues or delays.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project execution.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
