Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage day-to-day construction activities at our residential and commercial project sites. The candidate should have solid knowledge of site execution, quality control, labour management, contractor coordination, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will ensure that work is completed on time, within quality standards, and according to approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, Masonry, Finishing and Infrastructure work.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure project quality as per company standards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers and Vendors.
- Check material quality and monitor site inventory.
- Verify contractor measurements and work completion.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Enforce all site safety (PPE) and housekeeping standards.




- Resolve site execution issues immediately.
- Coordinate inspections and handover activities.
- Maintain measurement books (MB) and site records.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

- 3 to 8 Years
- Experience in Residential Township / Villa / Apartment / Real Estate Projects preferred.

- Strong site execution knowledge
- Able to handle labour and contractors independently
- Good understanding of RCC, Finishing and Infrastructure work
- Able to prepare Daily Progress Reports
- Knowledge of project quality and safety standards
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
