Job Summary

Tufwud Doors Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of doors and related products at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site installation and execution of doors and accessories.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Plan and schedule daily site activities to meet project timelines.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day execution issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at project sites.

- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the management.

- Coordinate material delivery and verify proper utilization at the site.

- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities and project status.

- Attend client meetings whenever required and provide project updates.

Eligibility Criteria





- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

- 1-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar site execution role.

- Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Navi Mumbai.

- Preference will be given to local candidates.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel locally as required.
