Site Engineer

- Exp-3-4 yrs

- Qualification- Diploma/B.E in Mechanical Engineering

- Experience in Data Center, MEP, HVAC, Industrial, EPC, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Site Supervisor-

- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor the installation of mechanical systems, containment solutions, and cooling infrastructure as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project milestones.

- Ensure work is executed in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

- Monitor manpower deployment and allocate resources efficiently at the project site.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and ensure accurate project documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during site inspections and project reviews.

- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues to prevent project delays.





- Support commissioning and testing activities for data center cooling and containment systems.

- Ensure timely completion of work and successful project handover.

Site engineer-

- Execute and supervise day-to-day mechanical installation activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) guidelines.

- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

- Resolve technical issues at the site and provide engineering support to prevent project delays.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and project records.

- Support testing, commissioning, and successful handover of data center cooling and containment systems.

- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and ensure timely closure of punch points.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
