- 8-11 years in Banking / Payments / Reconciliation Operations / Project Coordination.
- Coordination & Requirement Gathering.Experience in interacting with banks, understanding requirements, and creating BRS (Business Requirement Specifications) with inputs to product/Application teams.
- Reconciliation Operations: Proven experience in managing multiple reconciliation modules and ensuring completion within defined TAT/SLA.
- Experience in end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, tracking performance, and highlighting exceptions.
- Experience in liability shifting/settlement coordination with banks and stakeholders to avoid penalties.
