Role Description The Site Lead is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and client delivery at the local office. This role includes coordinating project execution, supervising cross-functional teams, and ensuring that business intelligence and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and to quality standards.

The Site

Lead will manage resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders. They will support business development activities, contribute to strategic planning,



and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The position requires proactive leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and alignment with Launchpad’s commitment to ambitious growth for client brands.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Operational and project management skills, such as planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Business intelligence and analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and translating insights into actions.
- Marketing and client-facing skills, such as understanding marketing strategies, client communication, and relationship management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience in a site lead, operations lead, or similar supervisory role, ideally within consulting, marketing, or business services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Pune, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
