Role Description The Site Execution Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects from design handover to final installation. This role coordinates daily site activities, including monitoring civil and structural work, supervising contractors, and ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely. The engineer collaborates with designers, vendors, and clients to resolve on-site challenges, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication on project progress.

They conduct regular quality checks, verify materials and workmanship, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications. The position also involves preparing basic site reports, tracking milestones,



and supporting smooth handover of completed spaces. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong on-site project execution skills, including supervision of interior, civil, and structural works.

Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to design and safety standards.

Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application in interior and residential projects.

Candidates should be qualified civil engineers or hold a related degree/diploma in civil or structural engineering.

Candidates should possess basic project management abilities, including scheduling, site documentation, and progress reporting.

Candidates should possess familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs, and site measurement practices.

Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage).

Candidates should possess a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at site locations.
