Technocoat Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Site Engineer to supervise and execute site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site management, managing site workers and labor, ensuring precise equipment/system installation according to engineering drawings, and successfully carrying out testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management &
- Supervision:

- Oversee daily in office operations to ensure work progresses according to project schedules and quality standards.

- Coordinate site activities, resources, and materials required for daily progress.

- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Worker &

- Labor Handling:

- Manage, direct, and supervise on-site technicians, contractors, and labor teams.

- Delegate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and resolve any operational or labor issues on site.

- Installation &

- Execution:

- Read, interpret, and execute system installations strictly as per technical drawings, layout plans, and engineering specifications.

- Inspect incoming site materials and equipment for quality and correct placement.

- Commissioning &

- Testing:

- Perform pre-commissioning checks, testing, and final commissioning of systems on-site.





- Troubleshoot site errors or technical misalignments during setup and commissioning.

- Prepare test reports, handover documents, and final commissioning documentation.

- Reporting &

- Client Interaction:

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports to project managers.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to address queries or changes on-site.

- Key Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and commissioning.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical layouts.

- Skills: Excellent leadership, labor management, site troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Availability: Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.

Pay: ₹10,949.46 - ₹32,000.00 per month
