- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project teams.

- Monitor manpower, material availability, equipment, and site resources.

- Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with required quality standards.

- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.

- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and quantities.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

- Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Maintain site records, inspection reports,



measurement sheets, material records, and other project documentation.

- Ensure proper utilization and storage of construction materials.

- Monitor work schedules and support timely completion of project activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and construction standards.

- Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of identified defects or deviations.

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, billing, and overall project coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
