Position: Site Engineer (layouts)

Work Location: Numbal

We are looking for a Site Engineer with layout experience to manage and execute residential layout works at site. The candidate should handle day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and approvals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage layout development works such as roads, drainage, water lines, sewer lines, and electrical ducts.

Read and follow approved layout drawings and site levels.

Coordinate with surveyors for marking, alignment, and levelling.

Supervise contractors and site workers.

Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.

Prepare daily work reports and material requirements.

Check measurements and assist in billing work.

Coordinate with consultants and local authority inspections.





Solve day-to-day site issues.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential layout or infrastructure projects.

Basic knowledge of roads, drainage, and utility works.

Able to read drawings and manage site work.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

Experience in plotted development or township projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
