Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution at rooftop solar installation sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with technical specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising installation teams, coordinating with project managers and vendors, verifying structural and civil requirements, and conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments. The role also involves monitoring quality control measures, maintaining documentation and reports, resolving in office issues, and communicating project updates to internal stakeholders.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guntur East, requiring regular presence at project locations and close collaboration with field and office teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing installation teams and coordinating field activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, with the ability to inspect work, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge relevant to rooftop solar installations, including load assessment and mounting structures.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering skills, with experience in site assessment, foundations, and construction practices.
- Degree or diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in solar or renewable energy projects, particularly rooftop installations, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using basic engineering tools, site measurement instruments, and MS Office for reporting.
- Ability to work safely in outdoor conditions, adhere to HSE guidelines, and travel to multiple sites as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
