Role Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee in office execution for commercial fit-outs and specialized hospital interior installations. You will be responsible for translating design drawings into flawless physical execution, maintaining strict quality control, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring strict adherence to healthcare safety and structural protocols.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Execution & Supervision: Lead day-to-day civil, carpentry, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior finishing works as per approved drawings (GFCs).

Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards, particularly regarding infection control, dust containment, and safety protocols required in hospital environments.

Sub-Contractor Management: Supervise MEP teams, painters, carpenters, modular installers, and specialized vendors to ensure work progresses according to the timeline.





Problem Solving & Layout Adjustments: Identify site discrepancies between architectural plans and actual site conditions; resolve them swiftly in consultation with the design team.

Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track material consumption, and prepare weekly progress reports for Project Managers and clients.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

2–5 years of site execution experience in commercial interiors or hospital fit-outs.

Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, HVAC integration, partition systems, and medical-grade interior finishes.

Strong leadership skills to manage site labor and sub-contractors effectively under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
