Role Description

This full-time Site Engineer role is an on-site position based in Bavla.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervision of erection of PEB Structures, coordination with civil and structural engineers, and ensuring adherence to design specifications. The role involves monitoring quality control processes, checking materials and workmanship,



and maintaining site documentation and reports.

The Site

Engineer will communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and client representatives to track progress, resolve issues, and support safe and efficient site operations.

Qualifications

- Robust on-site supervision skills with experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of quality control practices, standards, and inspection procedures.

- Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

- Understanding of safety regulations and site compliance requirements.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound technical decisions.

- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of relevant engineering tools or software.
