WINIC Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage technical execution at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, measurements and quality standards. The role requires frequent inspections, accurate measurements, contractor coordination and supervision of assigned construction activities across multiple villas.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify layouts, levels, centre lines, column positions and critical dimensions.
- Inspect footing, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Conduct pre-concreting checks for shuttering, reinforcement, cover blocks, sleeves and openings.
- Coordinate contractors and ensure daily work fronts are executed efficiently.
- Maintain quantity measurements and support contractor billing.
- Plan material requirements and monitor site progress.
- Supervise Junior Engineers and Site Supervisors.
- Track quality inspections, cube tests, snagging and corrective actions.




- Record rework, corrective measures and quality observations.
- Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation (Mandatory)
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) .

Experience
- 4–7 years in residential or building construction.
- Experience in villa projects, gated communities or low-rise residential projects preferred.
- Robust experience in RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
