We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Finishing Works to oversee and execute finishing activities at the construction site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in internal and external finishing works, quality control, site coordination, and execution as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day finishing activities at the construction site.

- Manage plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, and other finishing works.

- Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site supervisors.

- Monitor manpower, material requirements, and daily work progress.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.

- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on work status.

- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.

- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and materials.





- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction standards.

- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.

- Hands-on experience in residential/commercial building projects.

- Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, putty, waterproofing, false ceiling, and other finishing activities.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.

- Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.

- Strong site supervision and contractor-management skills.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 3–6 years of relevant site experience, preferably with strong finishing-work exposure.

- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,754.53 - ₹35,136.92 per month
