Job Purpose The Site Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and strict timelines. You will act as the primary link between the design team, subcontractors, and the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Execution & Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities for civil, electrical, and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings.

- Project Scheduling: Monitor daily progress against the project timeline and ensure milestones are met without delays.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure materials used meet project specifications.

- Vendor Coordination: Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.

- Material Management: Track material deliveries, manage inventory on-site, and minimize wastage through proactive supervision.

- Safety Compliance:



Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all workers follow health and safety guidelines.

- Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), maintain site measurement books, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.

- Issue Resolution: Identify technical bottlenecks on-site and provide immediate, practical solutions to keep the project moving.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in high-end interior fit-outs or turnkey commercial projects.

Technical Skills & Competencies

- Drawing Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil works, finishing items (flooring, painting, false ceilings), and joinery.

- Software: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel for reporting.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage labor teams and handle high-pressure environments.

Key Requirements

- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bangalore.

- Robust communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).

- Commitment to delivering projects with a "Zero Defect" finish.
