Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities and execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved design drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, civil, electrical, and MEP drawings.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, electrical, plumbing, glass, furniture, and other interior works.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different trades at the site.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and productivity at the project site.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely completion of activities.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and report any discrepancies.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule and highlight delays.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and utilization at site.
- Coordinate for material inward, inspection,



and installation.
- Ensure work is completed within approved quantities and specifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules and execution plans.
- Maintain proper documentation including drawings, measurements, checklists, and site reports.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete works.
- Coordinate for snag identification and closure before project handover.
- Support final inspection and project handover activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Good understanding of measurements and basic quantity calculations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, residential interiors, or similar projects.

Pay: ₹10,949.46 - ₹37,686.34 per month
