We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of our modular interior projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead initial client consultations and project kick-off meetings in collaboration with our design team.
- Conduct precise site measurements and comprehensively document client requirements.
- Assume full project ownership after a detailed handover from the design team, including a thorough review of all project documentation.
- Manage all project-related documentation, including vendor contracts, site access permits, and project closure reports.
- Develop resource allocation plans and manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end materials management to ensure timely delivery, accurate installation, and accountability for quality.




- Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing dependencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's Civil Engineer degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of direct experience managing residential modular interior fit-out projects.

Technical Proficiency:
- Expert knowledge of modular furniture systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications.
