Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil works, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely on active projects in Vadodara. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors, supervising construction activities, checking layouts and levels, and verifying that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and relevant standards.

The role involves reviewing civil drawings, assisting with planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting site status to project managers and designers. The engineer will also help address site issues, contribute to stormwater and drainage solutions,



and support quality control and safety practices. This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply drawings and specifications on site.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction projects, with practical knowledge of site supervision and coordination.
- Skills in project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management and drainage systems, including design intent and on-site implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, site safety practices, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in basic engineering software (e.g., CAD tools) and standard office applications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple tasks, and resolve issues promptly.
