We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Electrical Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, greeting customers, understanding their electrical and lighting requirements, and guiding them toward the best products for their residential or commercial needs. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors warmly, assess their project requirements, and provide expert recommendations on a wide range of electrical goods (wiring, switchgear, lighting fixtures, fans, conduits, and home automation products).
- Sales Conversion: Drive retail sales by actively upselling and cross-selling complementary electrical products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in electrical fittings, energy-efficient lighting, and smart home technology to effectively answer customer queries.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and clearly priced on the showroom floor. Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Billing & Transactions:



Handle billing processes accurately using the POS system, process cash/digital payments, and manage order deliveries or pickups.
- Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with electricians, contractors, and retail clients to build a reliable local network and encourage repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales experience. Experience working specifically in an electrical, hardware, or lighting showroom is a strong plus.
- Product Knowledge: Basic to strong understanding of electrical wiring, switches, MCBs, lighting solutions, and household electrical appliances.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language, with a polite and approachable demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Robust negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in electrical fields are welcome.
