Job Title: Showroom Staff

Department: Sales / Showroom Operations

Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership

Location: Aluva, Perumbavoor,Kalady&Angamaly; To provide excellent customer service, assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, and support the showroom team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about available two-wheelers, variants, features, specifications, colours, and pricing.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, finance options, exchange facilities, insurance, accessories, and other applicable offers.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification: Plus Two / Degree or equivalent. Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
