Role Description The Shopify & Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylapore. This role is responsible for managing and updating the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and basic inventory coordination.

The executive will optimize the online store for user experience, SEO, and conversions, while monitoring performance analytics and suggesting improvements. Day-to-day tasks include planning and publishing content across social media channels, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and supporting paid campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. The role also involves coordinating with design,



sales, and management to ensure consistent brand messaging, timely promotions, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute online campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including crafting posts, captions, and basic creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including product management and basic store optimization.
- Understanding of fashion retail or lifestyle brands, with an eye for visual details and current trends.
- Ability to analyze basic performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and present actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an on-site environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in e-commerce or social media roles is an advantage.
