Role Description The Shopify Ecommerce Executive will manage and optimize Shopify-based online stores for Veer eTech’s clients in a full time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate catalog data, and coordinating promotions, discounts, and campaign-specific changes on Shopify.

The role involves monitoring store performance, analyzing sales and traffic data, and implementing tactics to improve conversion rates and overall revenue.

Executive will collaborate closely with account management, sales, and marketing teams to align store content, pricing, and merchandising with client goals.



The role also includes handling basic issue resolution within Shopify, coordinating with technical teams when needed, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Candidates should possess account management skills to handle client relationships, understand business objectives, and coordinate day-to-day store operations.
- Candidates should possess sales and sales management skills to support revenue growth, manage pricing and promotions, and contribute to sales planning.
- Candidates should possess team management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues and coordinate tasks within project timelines.
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms, including product listing, inventory management, and basic store configuration, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ahmedabad are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in ecommerce operations or digital retail, are preferred.
