We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Account Manager to manage and grow our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify store management, product listing, inventory management, sales tracking, order processing, promotions, and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving online sales and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

- Manage complete Shopify store operations.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and SEO details.
- Organize collections, navigation menus, and product categories.
- Maintain store hygiene and ensure all products are live and error-free.

Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Manage product variants, tags, SKUs, pricing, and inventory.
- Upload bulk listings using CSV when required.
- Ensure product information remains accurate and updated.

Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch.
- Track returns, cancellations, and replacement orders.

Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze best-selling and low-performing products.
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Recommend strategies to improve conversions and revenue.

Promotions & Marketing Support
- Create and manage discount codes, offers, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaigns.
- Assist in launching recent products and promotional activities.




- Monitor campaign performance and sales impact.

Customer Support Coordination
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve order-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate refunds, exchanges, and complaints.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Website Maintenance
- Update banners, homepage sections, collections, and promotional content.
- Test website functionality and report technical issues.
- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes and improvements.

Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Conversion Rate

- Average Order Value (AOV)

- Customer Retention

- Traffic Performance

- Inventory Status
- Suggest data-driven improvements.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
- Product listing and catalog management.
- Inventory and order management.
- Shopify Apps integration.
- Basic understanding of Shopify SEO.
- Knowledge of Shopify Analytics and Reports.
- MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads coordination.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).
- Experience with Klaviyo, Judge.me, Loox, or other Shopify apps.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping integrations.
