Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Shift In-Charge – Production (Night Shift) to lead and manage the night shift production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth manufacturing processes, meet production targets, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all production activities during the night shift.
- Ensure timely execution of production plans with optimum resource utilization.
- Supervise production staff and allocate tasks for effective operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate quick resolutions of breakdowns.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure accurate documentation of production data, shift reports, and material usage.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct safety checks during the shift.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience

- Food industry: 4 years (Preferred)
