Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Shawarma Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing, spicing, stacking, and carving authentic shawarma (chicken, beef, and lamb). You will be responsible for managing the shawarma station, ensuring consistent flavor, top-tier presentation, and maintaining high hygiene standards during peak restaurant hours.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, marinate, and stack meat on the vertical rotisserie according to authentic recipes and high flavor standards. Operate the shawarma spit and carve meat to order with high speed, precision, and efficiency. Prepare fresh garnishes, sides, and authentic sauces (garlic sauce/toum, tahini, hummus, pickle mixes).

Assemble and wrap shawarma sandwiches and plates quickly during high-volume rush hours. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and clean-station standards at all times. Monitor inventory for meat,



spices, bread, and condiments to avoid shortages.

Requirements &

Qualifications: Minimum of 2–3+ years of proven experience as a Shawarma Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Expert knowledge of meat preparation, slicing techniques, and marination processes. Strong knowledge of food health and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and stand for long shifts. Excellent team spirit, punctuality, and a robust work ethic.
