Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) will be preferred.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shift Engineer to join a reputed Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building services, ensuring smooth facility operations, leading the technical team during shifts, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Lead and manage technicians, operators, and subcontractors during assigned shifts.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
- Monitor the performance of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, UPS, Transformers, LT Panels, Pumps, and Utility Systems.
- Attend critical equipment failures and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all facility equipment and building services.
- Maintain shift logs, maintenance reports, incident reports, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers regarding maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations,



statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
- Hands-on experience in facility operations and maintenance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, and technical documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience as a Shift Engineer in Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Data Centers, Hospitals, Airports, Hotels, Manufacturing Plants, or Corporate Offices.
- Experience with reputed Facility Management Companies such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Sodexo, ISS, or similar organizations will be an added advantage.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client expectations effectively.

Salary: Best in the Industry Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
