Job Title: Senior SharePoint Practitioner (Japanese Language Specialist)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience Required: 5-13 years

Language Requirement: Must be proficient in Japanese (spoken & written)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SharePoint development, customization, and administration.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure smooth migration, integration, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues.

Must-Have Skills:

- Robust expertise in SharePoint (2013/2016/Online).




- Japanese language proficiency (mandatory).
- Experience in workflows, InfoPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Office 365, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience working in multicultural teams.
