Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a SharePoint Online Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, workflows, forms, and integrations based on business requirements.

The SharePoint Online Developer will manage and administer SharePoint environments, maintain security and permissions, and ensure optimal performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and translating requirements into technical designs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements and best practices.



The role also includes creating technical documentation and providing guidance to users and stakeholders on effective use of SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SharePoint development and configuration, including SharePoint Online and core SharePoint functionalities.
- Candidates should possess skills in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath for building workflows, custom forms, and user interface customizations.
- Candidates should possess skills in SharePoint Administration, including user management, permissions, security configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) is beneficial.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
