About Vivahhika

Vivahhika is one of South India’s leading luxury wedding décor and experiential design companies, creating bespoke celebrations and destination weddings across India. We are looking for a creative Set Designer / Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling concepts and production ready designs.

Role Overview

You will work closely with our design and production teams to create stage concepts, backdrop graphics, mood boards, and fabrication artwork. This role requires a robust artistic eye, excellent Photoshop skills, and the ability to translate ideas into production ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create stage and set design concepts over venue photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop perspective drawings, photomontages, and concept visuals for client presentations.
- Design backdrops, stage facades, CNC patterns, laser cutting layouts, and fabrication graphics.
- Prepare production ready artwork for flex printing, UV printing, vinyl, acrylic, MDF, and CNC cutting.
- Coordinate with printers, fabrication vendors, and the production team to ensure accurate execution.
- Design premium mood boards and presentation decks using Canva.
- Curate design inspiration and references through Pinterest.
- Create branding assets and Instagram creatives for the Vivahhika brand.




- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and execution teams throughout the design process.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Ability to create perspective drawings and design over photographs with scale and proportion.
- Experience using iPad with Procreate or similar sketching applications is preferred.
- Experience with Wacom or pen tablets for digital sketching is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of large format printing, fabrication artwork, CNC cutting, and production workflows.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing set design, event concepts, graphic design, or production artwork is mandatory.
