Job Title: ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) Consultant

Location - Hyderabad/Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro including software models, entitlements, licensing, contracts, reclamation, and compliance.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Notifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Discovery, CMDB, and enterprise systems.
- Manage software normalization, license compliance, software inventory, and optimization.
- Develop dashboards, compliance reports, and KPI reports.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, documentation, and production rollout.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, infrastructure teams, vendors, and project managers.

Required Skills

- Robust experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle, licensing, compliance,



normalization, reclamation, and optimization.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Experience

- 3–5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations.
- Hands-on experience with software normalization, license compliance, CMDB, Discovery, integrations, UAT, and production support.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS-SAM
- CAD (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with global implementation projects.
- Knowledge of major software licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, SAP, VMware, etc.).
