We are seeking for ServiceNow Operations Team Lead Position
Position Details:
Job Type: 6 Months extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)
Location: Hyderabad
Timings : Regular working hours
Yrs of Exp: 10+ years of relevant experience
:
- CSA certification is mandatory. CAD or other ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
- Overall 10-15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience .
- Mandatory experience in Operations Management
- Knowledge in Agentic AI
- Should have executed Service Delivery Leadership role / Business Analyst / Operations Team Lead
- Familiar with SLAs, KPIs ,
Major Incident Management etcPrior experience in a client support organization or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Experience raising or escalating support tickets with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and professional writing skills.
