Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Location - Noida

General timings, 9 AM to 5 PM IST

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with a strong blend of Project Management (60%)

and Technical Leadership (40%)

. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow FSM initiatives, driving project execution, stakeholder management, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with ServiceNow delivery leadership.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and EAM.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation programs.
- Ability to provide architectural guidance, solution design, and technical oversight .
- Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and customer stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS – FSM
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master.
