We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to join our team and drive AI-powered transformation across the ServiceNow platform.

? Shift: General Shift (Scrum call in the evening)

? Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design & implement Now Assist capabilities across:

- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Privacy
- Enterprise Risk
- Security Operations

✅ Configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for governance and compliance automation. ✅ Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent .

✅ Develop reusable ServiceNow components using platform-native capabilities and support SDK/source-controlled development.

Required Skills





- 5
- years of ServiceNow development experience

- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist , Generative AI , AI Agents, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of Business Continuity, Vendor Risk, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk
- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
