:
- Min. 3 years of hands-on exp. in design, development & deployment with the Service-now platform
- Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
- Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
- Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.)
- SNOW administration experience.
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification preferred
- Ability to work on aggressive schedules. May require work beyond normal hours.
- Valuable communicational skills, both verbal as well as written. Effectively communicate with the client.
