Job DescriptionDesign, configure, and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
NConfigure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Aggregation mechanisms.
NIntegrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
NImplement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions.
NAutomate incident creation and event remediation workflows.
NMonitor event processing and improve alert quality and operational efficiency.
NPerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
NCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams.
NDevelop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
NSupport ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
NEnsure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the organization.
NProvide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
