- Primary Skills: Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development with modules like TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), PSM, GRC, ITSM, Coupa Risk Management, and Supplier Risk Management (including Tier-based risk management).
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Role Nature: Individual Contributor (100% IC) role with end-to-end ownership of development activities.

- Development Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain forms, workflows, tables, and database structures.
- Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO) to understand and implement requirements.




- Design field mappings and ensure data entered through forms is stored accurately in the appropriate database tables.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., Coupa).
- Build and consume REST APIs to send and retrieve data between integrated systems.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to support business processes.
- Certification: ServiceNow Developer Certification is preferred/expected.
