The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring ServiceNow applications, developing integrations, and delivering scalable solutions for Banking/Financial Services.

- jQuery
- REST/SOAP API Integration
- ServiceNow Configuration & Customization

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Any 2 of the following:

- CIS Claims
- CIS Financial Services Operations (FSO)
- Banking & Wealth Accreditation

- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

Preferred

- Banking / BFSI Domain
- Agile / SDLC Experience
