Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules, workflow automation, integrations, and client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration Hub.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and integration-related challenges.

- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge articles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

- Provide production support and enhancement activities for existing implementations.

Required Skills





- 34 years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.

- Experience with CMDB and Service Catalog development.

- Knowledge of ACLs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

- Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management concepts.

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Experience in client-facing projects and stakeholder management.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
