Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer / Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate workflows, improve service delivery, and support enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives.

Responsibilities: -

- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
- Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, CSDM models, and CI relationship mapping.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SLA configurations.
- Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, testing, defect resolution, UAT, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis for complex incidents.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.




- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in peer reviews.

Required Experience

- 4-7 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Educational Qualifications BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc or equivalent.
