The role ensures qualified delivery and operational excellence in transforming organizational processes using the ServiceNow platform. The individual will work closely with stakeholders and suppliers and will report directly to the VP of Application Portfolio Management.

Role Specific Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Assess and validate architectural, integration, and blueprint designs for ServiceNow module implementations.
- Define scalable, secure, and performance-optimized technical architectures aligned with platform best practices.
- Develop key business requirements for new modules and expansion of existing modules.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration standards.

Delivery and Project Management Leadership

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including requirement workshops,



sprint planning, development oversight, and UAT.
- Manage cross-functional technical teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with product owners, business stakeholders, and platform governance teams.
- Drive release planning, QA cycles, deployment, and hypercare support.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.

Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and technical dependencies clearly.

Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
