Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using JavaScript.
- Develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript programming language for developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working with ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing complex workflows using Servicenow's built-in tools such as approval hierarchies, business rules, etc.
