Role Description The Servicenow Architect will lead the design and implementation of Servicenow solutions that support complex enterprise workflows and AI-driven initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining technical architectures, and translating business needs into scalable Servicenow configurations and integrations.

The person in this role will oversee solution design, guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from design through deployment and optimization. Daily responsibilities include creating technical documentation, reviewing code and configurations, troubleshooting platform issues, coordinating with project managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure,



and maintainable Servicenow solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Servicenow Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience designing scalable, secure, and modular enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on Software Development experience on the Servicenow platform (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and ability to guide implementation teams.
- Integration expertise, including designing and implementing integrations between Servicenow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver Servicenow projects on time, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR, or other Servicenow modules, and familiarity with platform governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Servicenow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering reliable enterprise solutions.
