Designation: Service Technician - Solar

Location: Ernakulam

Salary: 15,000 - 30,000

Key Responsibilities

- Perform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other electrical components.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the specified turnaround time.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per the service schedule.
- Install, replace, and commission solar system components when required.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and customer visit logs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for complex service issues.
- Educate customers on proper system usage and routine maintenance.
- Report recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service materials in good condition.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
