Role & responsibilities

- Handle installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of Instrumentation, Fittings, Valves & Corrosion Monitoring systems.

- Visit customer sites for technical support and service activities.

- Train customers on the proper use and assembly of fittings, valves and instrumentation.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

- Support the sales team with customer visits, technical discussions and quotations.

- Prepare service/visit reports and maintain technical documentation.

- Read and understand P&IDs;, GA drawings and hook-up diagrams.

- Travel across India for customer and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.

- 25 years of experience in service, commissioning and sales.

- Experience in Instrumentation, Tube Fittings, Valves & Corrosion Monitoring.

- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Process or Manufacturing industries preferred.

- Good knowledge of P&IDs;, technical drawings, leak testing and basic instrumentation.

- Robust communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel across India.
